Casa Viola, is very spacious and it is located on the first and second floor of a flat complex that shares the swimming pool (swimming cap compulsory) with solarium area, a tennis court and parking space. The bright flat of about 100sqm is tastefully furnished and consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children and SAT TV. Wifi and air conditioning are available to ensure maximum comfort. The living area has a small balcony furnished with table and chairs for pleasant snack-time overlooking the pool. Casa Viola offers 3 double bedrooms. The first one is located on the ground floor and has a private bathroom with shower and window. On the upper floor are the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom, with shower and velux window. Each room is furnished with its own wardrobe and/or chest of drawers, bedside tables, TV (no sat) and individual air conditioning. In the two rooms on the upper floor there is also a desk suitable for guests looking for a remote working solution. At guests' disposal washing machine, iron, four plastic deckchairs to be used by the pool and two tennis rackets with balls. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat. Parking space available. We suggest Casa Viola to large families or couples of friends who want to share a holiday at Lake Garda, but at the same time maintain their privacy thanks to the 100sqm available.
