Immersed in the greenery of the countryside, the property is ideal for a relaxing, peaceful and regenerating holiday where you can discover the beauty of nature and the culture of this area. Here you are in the Pollino National Park, at 632 m asl, and 18 km from the sandy beaches. The house, restored with attention to every detail, is on three levels. In the large and equipped garden you can sunbathe, read a book or take a refreshing dip in the splendid pool. The main feature of the interior is the large living area on the ground floor which offers a very good equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, sofas and a fireplace and a bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. On the first floor there is a library with a study where you can read a good book in full relax, four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and hydro-massage showers. But the real "pearl" of the villa is the Suite, elegant and beautiful, offering a double bed, a reading area and a veranda where you can admire the beautiful Pollino peaks! In the Suite there is also a Jacuzzi for two people and a shower with Turkish bath and rain effect. On the second floor (mansard roof) is a bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with access to an open terrace. The rest of the second floor is enriched with sofas and a fitness area. Its position is an excellent starting point for discovering the beauty of this area of Calabria. We suggest to visit the historical center of Cassano set between two rocky ridges, The Lakes of Sibari, the largest nautical complex in the Mediterranean for pleasure boating. Visit the Pollino National Park, a vast territory with the most varied landscapes. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
