The modern white gloss kitchen is full of top of the range equipment to help you get the perfect feast going for your guests, and both of the homely, comfortable bedrooms with their soft beds, crisp linen and sea views will be all you can think about on your way back from a day exploring the local beaches. Outside, the property provides allocated parking, but you will very rarely need to use your car during your stay as you’re just a short walk away from Lusty Glaze Beach and the town centre, with an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Fistral Beach is about a 30-minute walk, or if you wish to drive, it’s approximately five minutes and there is ample car parking available. The property is equipped with everything you will need, including utilities, bed linen and towels Please be aware, the fire alarms are tested at 11am on Monday's. Please note until the end of February 2020, there are building works taking place to Astor Court which comprises of window replacing and refitting of each apartment. The noise is expected to be minimal. There is scaffolding in front of the building and working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
