This spacious mansion, approximately 100 years old, invites you to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or a large group in the north of the island. Business meetings, sport or festive events are welcome! The house is located at the entrance of Llubí, where you will find good restaurants and shops. The dreamlike sandy beach of "Playa de Muro", 12 kilometres long, is 15 kilometres away. The house was originally one of the first distilleries in Mallorca until it was finally restored as a Majorcan style house. The accommodation consists of three separate floors, but connected by a lift. The house has WIFI access throughout the property, as well as large spaces to be all together and ample covered parking. The house has 420 m² of living space with 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, enough space for 16 people. The floors are connected by a central staircase and a lift. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating. On the ground floor there is a large dining room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with single beds, two bathrooms and a terrace with access to the large pool and barbecue area. The first and first floors have the same structure as the ground floor, a kitchen on each floor and a living-dining room, with access to the terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.
