Very quickly you are drawn to the gorgeous view from the large sliding door, where there is a wonderful balcony that allows for uninterupted water views of Lake Victoria. Fully covered, it will be a difficult choice on where to spend your time... Outside with the glorious views, sitting on a stool at the outdoor table, getting ready for a barbecue or relaxing inside in that cool, stylish living area...the decision is yours to make! The Space: When you arrive at Sahana, you will find a broad expanse of frontage where you can park multiple cars, a boat or jetski. To enter Sahana you will need to make your way up the stylish external staircase and enter via the bright blue door. Be prepared to see the unexpected....something you would more likely to see in an upmarket inner city suburb. enjoy all the fun of Loch Sport and still have your creature comforts at the same time. The very first thing you notice, even from the front door is the wondrous water view... It grabs your attention right there as you are stepping through the front door. Finally, you drag your eyes away and you start to look around, you see a lovely open plan living/dining area and a large kitchen which is designed so whomever the cook is, can still remain engaged with whatever activity is happening. There is a gorgeous dining table, fully laid with dinnerware, sliverware and wine glasses and a lovely complimentary bottle of wine to be enjoyed as a gift from your host. The lounge area boasts a 3 seater and 2 seater cream, leather couch with matching throw cushions and a throw rug. There is also an ottoman, a coffee table, TV, games and books. Not to mention a huge split system airconditioner/heater to keep you comfortable no matter what the weather. The kitchen is equipped well enough for any discerning chef, with a glass electric cooktop, underbench oven, coffee pod machine, kettle & toaster, dishwasher, double sink, numerous cupboards and drawers, all the accessories you could possibly want to cook up a storm. The living area also leads out onto a raised balcony that provides uninterrupted views of Lake Victoria, a high outdoor table with stools and a barbecue for perfect afternoons or evenings, enjoying the time with family and friends, whilst taking in the spectacular views. Heading back into house, we head towards the bedrooms. Sahana boasts 3 good size bedrooms where unlike many holiday houses in Loch Sport, Sahana provides Hotel Quality linen on all of the beds, so you don't have to worry about packing up linen anymore! Think about what a timesaver and spacesaver this is when you are packing the car to go on holiday? Configuration: Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, pillows, cushions, throw rug, double mirrored sliding wardobe doors and a sliding door out onto the raised balcony. In addition, there is a good sized ensuite which includes, shower, vanity (with hair dryer) and toilet. Bedroom 2 - Bunk Room with 2 sets of charming white timber single bunks (so sleeps 4), 1 set has wooden steps to the top bunk. Each bunk is adorned with a colorful cushion and there are 2 beautiful quality throw rugs on the end of each bunk. There is also double mirrored robes in this bedroom as well. The kids will love the colourful and wonderful cushions on the beds as well! Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, is a classic timber and black wrought iron bed, which again boasts tasteful pillows, cushions and a throw rug. Again, there is also the double mirror sliding robe door. Heading to the family bathroom, this consists of a full size bathtub, shower and vanity. Personal amenities are also provided by way of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash & Hand Wash. We also provide enough towels for all guests including luxurious Bath Sheets for the adults, Hand Towels, Bath Mats and Face Washers. There is also a separate toilet. Moving on, we head downstairs (please note we do provide a stair gate to prevent your littlies from accidentally wandering down the stairs unattended)....to what is probably the most popular room in the house for the kids - THE KIDS ZONE! This room is bright and fun and your children will love spending time in their own special area. Bright coloured bean bags for them to sit in, video games to play, TV they can watch, board games, and you can relax knowing they are having a great time too! Off the Kids Zone is the laundry which comprises a washing machine, laundry tub and another shower and toilet. Absolutely everything has been thought of in the building and styling of Sahana, so don't think twice...book quickly as this property will be in demand all year round! Guest Access: Guest access is contactless. Guests will receive Check in information which will include how to access the property via email 24 hours prior to their arrival date. The Neighborhood: Loch Sport is that little piece of Victoria that is a haven for all things 'water'. Whether it be boating, fishing, (surf or still water) water skiing, kayaking, surfing, sailing, swimming or paddle boarding you can do it in Loch Sport. Envioubly Loch Sport is located between the 90 mile Beach and the magnificent Lake Victoria and as such caters for young families and dare devils trying to catch the biggest waves. But wait, there's more, much more...2 National Parks - Gippsland Coastal Park and the Lakes National Park where you can hike and take in all of natures beauty right along the coast, there is an Art trail throughout the town, a Skate park for the kids, walking paths along Lake Victoria, parks to play in, the Marina where you can spend time checking out the magnificent boats and yachts berthed there. The native flora and fauna abound around Loch Sport, with kangaroo's often stopping by on the front yard, lizards and if you're especially lucky you might get to see the local dolphins. The local eateries are great, with the Marina Hotel providing great local customer service and great food as well, there is the RSL, fish & chips, pizza, the local Foodworks and a coin laundrette in town. Getting Around: Quite often during the warmer months it's quite usual to see people just walking around the town. It's quite pleasant with plenty of walking paths near the main touriost areas. Of course you can also hop into your car for a more speedy drive to whichever location you plan on going to.
