Our house equipped with every possible luxury you could ever desire, including a fantastic POOL! , BBQ, Boasting 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our large house can accommodate all your friends, family members and colleagues (up to 20 people in total!). Our call center is available 24/7 during your stay. Lynn Creek Park features boat ramps, picnic areas, beach areas, volleyball courts just a 9.5 mile drive! For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 4.5 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 2.5 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 5.5 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days! Getting Around: We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of Grand Prairie. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! The best part about our location is that we live near the Grand Premium Outlets, just 8 miles away!!! The outlets have fabulous designer stores where you can find all of the brands that you love!! ! Irving mall is just 7 miles away!! And you will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Walmart just 5 miles away! You can also find your favorite places: -Pizza Hut (6 miles away) -Domino's Pizza (6.5 miles away) -CVS Pharmacy (3.9 miles away) Other Things to Note: ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. **Pet fee $75 USD per pet per stay** ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. ★ CLOSED BEDROOM ★ The fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8+ guests and the fifth bedroom for 10+ guest ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request. ★ SMOKING★ No smoking inside the property ★ POOL★ Heated pool $115 per day to cover gas expenses(we are requesting minimum of two nights for pool Heated) it's take up to 24 hours to warm up the pool Pool maintenance is scheduled twice a week, pool will enter using backyard door. The usage of the pool and hot tub is under the renters own risk and responsibility. *Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.
