Trinity Cottage, 71 Micklegate, YORK
Trinity Cottage, YORK
Trinity Cottage is a new development behind our recently renovated Georgian Town house in the centre of York, built and owned by York Conservation Trust. Accessed from Trinity Lane off Micklegate and set in a small courtyard, the cottage provides secluded quiet accommodation in the centre of this vibrant city. The Cottage is accessed from Trinity Lane using a secure coded gate, then across a small courtyard. There is a small private outside seating area accessed from a spacious kitchen diner. The main entrance leads into a hallway with the kitchen/diner, small downstairs toilet and living room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms - the main bedroom with a Super Kingsize bed, and the second bedroom with a twin + a day bed set up as a sofa. There is also the family bathroom with shower over a large bath. Fitted out to a high standard and thoughtfully furnished to provide a wonderful comfortable living space. To access the property, turn down Trinity Lane from Micklegate, and the wooden gates are opposite Jacob's Well; the medieval timber framed house next to Holy Trinity church. We are available to support you during your stay with us from our Wheelwrights YORK office in 71 Micklegate - you can arrive early and deposit luggage with us until your property is ready. Micklegate is a lively street with award winning restaurants and bistros - within the city walls and only 5 minutes walk from the train station, and 5 minutes walk from the centre of this beautiful little city.
