Welcome to this beautiful huge house in Sineu. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The exteriors are very nice. There is a nice garden area, pool of 6 x 4.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 meters, loungers area with four sunbeds, and one fully equipped large terrace with a mobile barbecue for lovers of summer open air meetings. The house of 270 m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with double bed and bathroom with shower, and three on the 1st floor with two single beds each, and one of them also has an en suite bathroom with shower. One cot and one high chair are available on request. There is another bathroom with bathtub on the 1st floor. The house features 3 lounges. Two of them are on the ground floor; one is a furnished entrance hall, and the other one is equipped with two sofas, table, and a projector. On the 1st floor there is a small lounge, with two chairs and a table. There is one dining room equipped with one table and chairs; and next to the kitchen, you will find another well equipped dining area with a wood stove. The separate kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. We highly recommend you to connect your laptop or cell phone to the projector that offers a fabulous home cinema to see your favorite movies. Sineu is a beautiful town with abundant agriculture. This town is famous on the island for its flea market that takes place every Wednesday. It is one of the oldest markets on the island where you can buy local products, fruits and vegetables from the area, animals, etc. Close to Sineu there are several charming small towns such as Maria de la Salut, Lloret de Vista Alegre, Llubí, etc. No pets allowed on the property.
