This small suburb is a wonderful area for families and friends who want to escape the hustle of the city and want to switch off for a while. Chain Valley Bay has great boat ramps, restaurants and has easy access to national parks and Frazer Park beach. Only minutes away from the Pacific Highway and M1 Motorway makes it the best family destination on the coast. Other Things to Note: Please read our house rules carefully before booking. We have a non party policy for the home which is strictly enforced. This is the perfect place to visit with your family and friends if you want to chill and relax not the place to party. We have security that visit the property during your stay and if any misconduct is detected we will ask you to leave without the refund of any bond or remaining accommodation fare. We want you to have the best time at the house but we can not forget our lovely neighbors that live here permanently and generally like an early night! We appreciate your understanding and co-operation. Please also note KAYAKS * The use of the kayaks is on your own risk. No liability will be taken if they are used. * Live vests can be found in the garage. There are two adult multi size and two children vests. If they do not fit we strongly discourage those guests from using the kayaks. * Launch kayaks through the small ramp (paving) or the jetty straight behind the house SWIMMING IN THE LAKE * Safe for kids to swim near the lake shore as the water is shallow for about 100 meters from shore. However children of all ages need to be supervised at all times. BOATS * Small boats can be launched through the reserve behind the property or through a small ramp down the road. Big boats can be launched in Chain Valley Bay North Boat Ramp which is 5 mins away. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Recreational fishing haven.
