Villa Vanda  is a villa with garden and jacuzzi whirlpool pool in Specchia, in the lower Salento. With three double bedrooms, it offers up to 6 beds . The house is equipped with internet , washing machine , dishwasher, coffee maker, electric oven, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV, mosquito nets, video surveillance, gate Automatic, outdoor shower. All outside there is a beautiful mini pool Jacuzzi whirlpool that can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for cooling down and have fun during the hot summer days. The villa has a spacious porch overlooking the garden, equipped with table and chairs: a perfect space for dining and relaxing at the outdoor. Inside Villa Vanda is formed by a living room with dining room and open kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms shower. Each environment has been designed to make the living room fascinating and authentic, from the stones to the wooden roofs, a carefully chosen furniture. The surroundings of Villa Vanda with mirrors The villa is located in the countryside of Specchia, in the lower Salento. The village of Specchia is one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, with an enchanting historic center. The central location, in the lower Salento, allows you to reach the marinas on the Adriatic side in a few minutes, both beaches on Ionian, as well as Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost resort of Italy heel.  - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
