Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved. NOTE: -Please note that there are governmental restrictions related to COVID-19 both for entry to Costa Rica and access to businesses. Please check official websites for Costa Rica and/or your embassy for the most up-to-date information, and ensure that you are familiar with all requirements before you travel. -Due to Covid restrictions, Reserva Conchal has strict protocols you have to follow in order to have access to the Beach Club and the Residential Club House. Each condo can reserve 1 hour per day to use the pool. Reserva Conchal will ask for the Vaccination QR code to access the beach club, pool, gym, restaurant, and Spa.
