Casal Farì is a lovely holiday home for 4 guests in the heart of Castrignano de` Greci, in the area known as the Grecìa Salentina. The renovated holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, tv and mosquito nets in the living room. The large one-bedroom apartment is accessible from an iron-wrought gate which opens into a lovely courtyard with outdoor dining area. The apartment consists of a spacious living room under star-vaulted ceiling with dining area, sofa bed for 2 guests and tv, a small kitchenette with gas cooker. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower (without bidet) and the double bedroom. The bedroom has access to the porch at the entrance. At the back of the house there is a courtyard which is partly paved and with outdoor furniture. The mosquito nets are only in the living room.   The surroundings of Casal Farì in Castrignano de` Greci Casal Farì is in the old town centre of Castrignano de` Greci, in the Grecìa Salentina, near many amenities. Castrignano is a few kilometers away from Otranto and the beaches of the Alimini lakes and Melpignano, where every year it`s held the Notte della Taranta concert.  - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
