ON THE 1ST FLOOR: Enjoy the living / dining room and its private terrace with its magnificent view of the ramparts and the golf course. Continue in the kitchen equipped with all the necessary crockery and utensils (Krups coffee maker, kettle, oven and microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer) and its laundry room with washing machine and dryer. ON THE 2ND FLOOR: You will find a double room on the rampart side with a view of the golf course! A large workspace then a large dressing room with iron and ironing board as well as a bathroom with free-standing bathtub, WC and basin. ON THE 3RD FLOOR: A large double bedroom on the golf course and rampart side with office area as well as the last bedroom with its private bathroom (shower, basin and WC). For your comfort, you will be offered a welcome kit with all the essential products such as oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, trash bags, toilet paper, soap, coffee and tea pods, sponge and washing up liquid ...
