This home also has four bedrooms and a loft, plus an office area for remote workers and students. All of the bathrooms have been recently updated with new tile and fixtures. There is also a half bath off the main living area. The primary bedroom has incredible vaulted ceilings and a lovely seating area by the expansive fireplace. Enjoy a game of pool or walk down to the water for some swimming, boating, or just hanging out with old friends. There is also a lovely screened-in porch off the back to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine amid the stunning evening sunsets.
