A fantastic location for sight seeing and across the road from the idyllic Derwent River. As you are a short stroll to Shotley Bridge village the restaurants are definitely worth trying. Boasting 2 well designed bedrooms, plenty of space for the family plus flexible sleeping arrangements, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a family getaway exploring the local area. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, kettle and a microwave along with a washing machine. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, In the main bedroom you will find a king size bed, side draws and lamps with a storage rail. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a third trundle single mattress at the base which easily pulls out. There is a well appointed family bathroom containing a toilet and sink and over bath shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - Parking is available directly at the front of property. - Well behaved pets are welcome at the property but please clean up the rear paved garden after them.
