From one of the living room, the guests have access to the bright dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. One of the double bedroom, which was built recently, has an ensuite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi for 2 guests. The surroundings of Villa Vincenti Villa Vincenti is in the heart of Southern Salento, a short drive away from the city centres of Ruffano and Taurisano, as well as Specchia, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The villa is equidistant from the two coasts of Salento, with the beautiful beaches of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli on one side and the suggestive cliff of Marina Serra on the other side, less than 20 kilometers away, for those who wish to plunge into the blue Ionian sea, in addition to the blue swimming pool.   - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Mandatory towels fee: euro 10 per person per week to pay upon arrival.  - Pool available from May to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Additional beds are not included and have an extra cost of euro 50 per night per bed to pay upon arrival.
