Sa Canova d'Ariany is a wonderful newly built property, which has all the comforts of a modern villa in a rustic enclave, surrounded by fruit trees, where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility that is breathed in the area, because It is 5 minutes from the town of Ariany and 20 minutes by car from the beach of Can Picafort, factors that allow you to enjoy a wonderful vacation in a quiet area and at the same time relatively close to the bustle of the coastal area. The Villa is very spacious both inside the house and in the pool and outdoor area. It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and another with a bathtub. At the back of the house there is a wonderful barbecue and a children's play area with a swing and a small tree house, which will delight the little ones, also has ping pong. On the right we find a large room with 2 single beds of 90x200 cm and a bathroom with bathtub. Right next to the living room is the spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to the BBQ and the rear area. On the left side of the house we find 3 rooms with 2 beds of 90x200 cm each, and 2 complete bathrooms with shower.
