New for 2020: Sea view house completely renovated

800 meters from the beaches on foot, we offer our renovated holiday home with a nice view of the sea. The house is located in Trézien opposite the islands of Molène and Ouessant, close to the beaches and amenities (port, supermarket, water sports). Ideal for nature lovers, strolls by the sea and exploring the region. The city of Brest is 30 minutes by car, offering many tours (Océanopolis, Les ateliers des Capucins ...) The house comprises on the ground floor a main room with a living room (television), an open kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer. The small appliance consists of a coffee maker, a kettle. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 140 × 190 bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe and cupboard. Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 90x190 beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe and cupboard. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, 1 sink, 1 closet, 1 heated towel rail. The WC room is separate. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and closet. The bathroom is separate, with a sink, wc and heated towel rail. A mezzanine is arranged in reading corner with small sofa, various readings for young and old, from where you will enjoy a view of the Iroise Sea. You will also find there a desk for your laptop or other. A cot and high chair is available on request. Beds are made upon arrival. Towels are extra 20 € / week.
