Llimonera (Costitx) - Modern chalet with pool

Located in the town of Costitx, this wonderful house will make your vacation an unforgettable experience. The beautiful exteriors offer everything you need to enjoy the good weather. The protagonist is undoubtedly the water salt pool that measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth between 1 and 2.20 meters. Around it you can take the sun on the sun loungers in the well-kept garden, enjoy a copious breakfast on the porch or sit down with a drink on the outdoor sofa. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours. The two-story house exudes comfort and modernity. Entering from the garden we find the spectacular living-dining room where you can watch satellite TV on the comfy sofa. The independent kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker and a table where you can taste your dishes in a more informal setting. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with 2 twin beds and one with a double bed. Three of them are on the main floor -one has an en-suite bathroom with shower- and the last one is on the upper floor and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor. Also in the house there is a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can offer you a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. Lastly, the house is equipped with ducted air conditioning. This modern villa is perfect for a quick access to all parts of the island thanks to its central location. Costitx is a cosy inland town that preserves its Mallorcan habits and its traditional bars and restaurants. We recommend a visit to the Astronomical Observatory which is also located in Costitx. The closest beach by car is Can Picafort, about 30 kilometers away, although you can also visit Puerto de Alcúdia or the stone and rock coves of La Victoria. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Because of Costitx' location in the centre, you may hear some airplanes going by. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
