Relax with the whole family in this idyllic location. The house is spacious and has a lovely homely feel offering a well equipped kitchen with central dinning table, comfortable lounge to relax in after exploring the surrounding attractions. The master bedroom offers a beautiful unsuited with a four poster king size bed, the other front bedroom also offers a king and the two back rooms are double beds, which all share the main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and can comfortably dine eight guests. On the first floor each bedroom has it's own personality offering two king size and two double bedrooms. A small garden with a couple of chairs is a pleasant place to sit when the weather is fine. Guest access Off road parking is available for one small car to the front of the property. For larger vehicles or guests with two or more cars ample street parking is available close to the house on High Street. There is a local shop in the village covering basic essentials with a co-op and large supermarket a few minutes drive away. The Kings Head pub is 2 mins walk away that does a good selection of pies and other food. Please park considerately on the road. As the route is used by buses it is best to park on the far side of the road to the cottage drive way where other cars park. If you have lots of vehicles with you it maybe best to park some of them at the entrance of the village where there is a large car park (just before the playground on the way in) Other things to note Local attractions include Matlock Bath, Heights of Abraham, Gulliver's KingdomTravels, Cromford Mills, Crich Tramway Museum, Carsington Water, High Peak Trail from Cromford or Middleton Top (for bike hire), Bakewell & Chatsworth House, Peak Railway to name just a few.
