Townhouse:Cowes. Refurbished. Sleeps 8 for getaway

The house is arranged over 3 floors. Set up to comfortably sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms and the snug. The ground floor also has a large bespoke corner sofa in the middle living space, open to the beautifully bright kitchen / diner with feature skylight & trifold doors to the outside patio & garden. Plenty of space to spread out. The space We have recently given the house a complete top to bottom refurbishment. We have just finished and are now ready for guests. As you enter the house there is a snug at the front a with a sofa bed. On from here is the main living space which is bright and open plan. The full width extension incorporates our brand new kitchen / dining room with trifold doors opening out to the garden and patio area. On the first floor we have a twin bedroom a shower room and a bath room. The second floor has two more bedrooms. One set up as a twin and the other as a double. If you give us good notice we can set up the beds as doubles or twins but unless otherwise stated the configuration will be 2 twin 1 double and a sofa bed. In all giving space for 8 people sleep and eat comfortably. We would be more than happy to accept Pets - however, there would be additional £50 charge. We are happy to welcome a well behaved dog as long as they are only allowed on the ground floor and not on the furniture. Please notify us and we will add a £50 charge to your booking for additional cleaning. We love to help our guests out with whatever we can and we are also happy to let you discover our amazing Isle of Wight for yourself. We are on-hand for general guest support 24/7 as well as specialist assistance with experiences and advice. We can offer ferry discount codes where necessary. The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
