With a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, master suite complete with private bath and walk-in closet, onsite laundry, private parking and an amazing back yard with screened in porch! Its the perfect place for family and friends to gather! Major grocery, restaurants and easy access to the highway are all with in a few miles radius. A great location to get out of the bustling city of Columbia yet still be able to enjoy all of its amenities! Midtown, the Zoo and the University are all only 25-30 minutes away! The Space: Our 1440 sq. ft. 3 BR, 2 bath Ranch provides private driveway parking and a one car garage for our guests. Foyer opens to living room with loads of space and a queen size sleeper sofa. Our large flat screen TV is equipped with Roku making it easy for our guests to log into their favorite streaming accounts! A cozy dining room leads to a fully equipped eat-in Kitchen that includes stainless appliances, countertop microwave, drip coffee maker and all the basics needed to get you started. Master Suite with 2 queen beds is complete with private all-tile bath with and walk-in closet. Large secondary bedroom with two twin XL beds and a third bedroom with a full bed. You will find a utility room between the kitchen and garage. Another full bathroom with tub/shower combo has been updated for your enjoyment as well. Our screened in porch and patio overlooks a new fully fenced back yard. Its the perfect place to fire up the grill and enjoy the fire pit at the end of the day. We would love you to host you! Check-in instructions with a door code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in once rental agreement has been signed and check-in information has been received. Today with more than 13,000 residents Irmo is one of the country’s most sought after places to live. While visiting Irmo, you can shop at the region’s best shopping at the Columbiana Centre Mall, or take the kids to Frankie's Fun Park for the day. Getting Around: We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well if needed. Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to provide our guests with maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free self check-in.
