Pebbles is situated within a stones throw of Croyde Beach and a short walk to the village with direct access onto the pretty footpath from the lovely private garden, large decked terrace and hot tub (charges apply). Open plan living provides the space and comfort you need for your perfect family break. Pet Friendly. This property offers the ideal base for your family holiday, with 4 bedrooms (master en-suite), family shower room, large open plan kitchen/dining/living room and enclosed, lawned garden - ideal for children and dogs! The kitchen area is well equipped with modern storage units, electric oven and a built in microwave above. Also in the kicthen you will find a 4 ring hob, large butler sink and a breakfast bar area. There is a dining area with table and chairs providing seating for up to 8, french doors and steps down to the garden. The comfortable living area has a flat screen TV with freeview, selection of books, toys, games and dvd's to enjoy. There are sliding doors out to the terrace and garden. In the master bedroom there is a double bed which looks out onto the garden with plenty of wardrobe and storage space, also there is an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Further down the hallway you will find a another double bedroom with wardrobe storage. Also, there are 2 additional bedrooms with bunk beds in each room, these rooms also provide plenty of wardrobe/storage space. The modern family shower room comes complete with WC, shower and two sinks. There is a door to the outside area which allows guests to come straight into the shower room from the garden and wash away the sand! From the shower room you can access the utility room equipped with washer/dryer, sink and storage. The beautiful gardens to the rear of the property are stocked with plants and trees providing a great deal of privacy and a lovely environment for children and dogs. Included at Pebbles there is also a sunken in hot tub on the terrace (charges apply) to relax in after a day at the beach! The lockable gated access to the rear leads you directly onto the footpath, providing a short walk weaving down through the dunes onto the beach (suitable for pushchairs) and also to the village itself. Outside you will also find a table and chairs where al-fresco dining can be enjoyed. Also, there is a BBQ for your use. The driveway at Pebbles has parking for one vehicle with unrestricted residents parking to the road outside of the property. There is storage for surfboards, bikes, kayaks etc. Dogs are welcome to this property (extra charges apply). WIFI, linen and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge. COVID-19 INFORMATION AND POLICIES Please read our FAQ's & COVID-19 Guest Information & Policies to see the steps we are taking to ensure Guest & Housekeeper safety. We are pleased to be accredited with the Visit England 'Good to go' COVID-19 safety scheme. Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due (Homeaway/Airbnb will also charge their service fee to you upon booking). The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival (Airbnb will detail the payment schedule to you upon booking). It is not possible to add any extras when booking via Homeaway/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages. Available Extras: - Highchair - One highchair supplied free of charge - Travel Cot (Linen not provided) - free of charge - Hot Tub - £125 per week/short break - Dog (Max 2) - £20 per week/short break & per dog. Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
