The property is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden property surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the originally remained district of St. Georgen. It consists of two separate units, the tower house in the rear part of the property which is integrated into the main house and the free-standing studio in the front area of the garden. Both apartments can be booked together or independently. Also wonderfully suited for wedding couples and guests with appropriate wedding equipment (without surcharge). When designing the rooms, I tried to create a clear, tasteful line that was very well received by my previous guests. Houses and garden have emerged from a harmonious overall idea that is still evolving and changing, because it is very important to me that my guests feel as comfortable here as I do. Of course, dogs and other pets are also welcome, who will feel very comfortable in the large garden. The bakery and an excellent inn are in the immediate vicinity. There are also various supermarkets, organic shops and two weekly markets (Wed and Sat). Various restaurants and cafes, the cinema and the many cultural events make Dießen an interesting and lively place. In just a few steps you are directly in nature or in the middle of the center. In about 15 minutes you can reach the Ammersee. On the way there, it is worth visiting the Marienmünster, a former monastery church or the Carl Orff Museum. Many small shops and cafes line the way to the lake with its beautiful lake promenade, the steamboat jetty and a mini golf course. Pedal boats, sailing boats and surfboards can be rented here or a steamboat tour can be started. There is also a beautiful bird watching station with a unique view over the lake to Andechs Monastery. The St. lido Alban is a popular meeting place for all water lovers and sun worshipers in summer. There is a train station and the local bus in Dießen. There is a parking space for each of the apartments.
