GETTING AROUND: You will be staying in Melbourne's 'Free Tram Zone' which means you can take any tram for free within the CBD. Please ensure you buy a ticket if you plan to take a tram outside of this zone. Melbourne’s easy grid layout and its plethora of beautiful gardens makes it a great city to be explored by foot. (PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO PARKING AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROPERTY FROM THE BEGINNING OF MARCH 2019.) *** PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO PARKING AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROPERTY FROM THE BEGINNING OF MARCH 2019. *** House Rules By staying at this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules: a)No smoking inside. Any evidence of smoking inside will incur an additional $150.00 cleaning fee on your account (this includes cigarettes butts, ash inside the property or the smell of cigarettes). b)No guests or visitors without prior approval. c)No pets allowed. d)Please be respectful of neighbours who share the apartment building and minimise all noise between 10pm – 7am. e)Strictly no parties or events whatsoever. If any of these occur, guests will be will be escorted from the property immediately. There will be no second chances. An additional $300 cleaning fee is payable if we deem sufficient evidence that a party or event has occurred. f)A $30 per hour late check out fee will apply for guests present in the apartment after 11am unless a late checkout has previously been agreed too in writing. This is to cover the cost of our cleaners waiting for you to depart. g)Loss of key and swipe will incur a $150 charge for replacement. Please advise immediately when key and swipe are lost. Two sets of keys are provided upon check in. h)Treat the property as if it was your own home and when departing, ensure the property is in the same state as it was found when you checked in. Please keep it clean and tidy, washing up in the kitchen after yourself. *The minimum age requirements for this property is 25+ *Strictly no groups, parties, gatherings or visitors. *No smoking inside, any evidence of cigarette smell will occur a $350 charge *Prior to vacating please wash all dishes and place them back away. *Please remove all rubbish, any excess mess left behind will occur additional cleaning/removal charges. *Noise travels so please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm *We do require guests to provide us with a photo of their drivers licence at the time of booking. *Any damage caused will need to be replaced or fixed at your own costs *Any keys not returned or lost will occur replacement charges of $250 *Strictly no pets *We kindly ask that you leave the place in the same condition you found it in. *Check out is 10am
