The apartment is located on Kensington Road. The keys are held in a keysafe adjacent to the rear door. The code is sent to you once the apartment is ready for you. There is a rear garden area which backs out onto a car parking area. The apartment is in close proximity of the town centre and is in walking distance of the Gallagher retail park, Glandford Park - home to Scunthorpe United and many restaurants and shops. There is easy access to the motorway plus the town centre is a 5 minute drive away. There are plenty of local and regional landmarks such as the Humber bridge to see.
