The fantastic house "Son Manyo 222", situated only a few minutes outside of Sa Pobla, is the perfect place for holidays with family or friends, travelling together. The private plot is always in perfect condition and has a large stone-flagged drive and lots of lawn area. It provides enough space to be sporty as with some soccer or pilates under palm trees. And when it`s getting hotter you can comfortably start a water ball match in the round 6 meter swimming pool or just relax and cool down. The beautiful garden also has a roofed bbq area and a private playground. The house is modern and furnished with good taste. In the light flooded living room there is a cozy sofa lounge with SAT-TV, a huge dining table und an open kitchen with dishwasher. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each (90x190cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm). A bathroom with shower and a guest toilet are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor is the master bedroom with access to the large roof terrace, dressing room and bathroom en suite with bathtub. The bed measures 180x200cm. For the ninth person an extra bed can be prepared. Of course, the house is fully equipped and Wi-Fi is available. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 1.5 km away in Sa Pobla. The beach of Alcudia, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Electricity according to consumption 0.25 €/ Kwh. Heating according to consumption 1.10€/ liter.
