Casa Maria with garden, parking space and washing machine!

The house is located on the ground floor, in the center of the village and 2.5 from the famous Tropea. It has an independent entrance, with private gate and parking space. The house is very sunny, each room has large windows with mosquito nets. The house consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with single beds, kitchen with washing machine, microwave and bathroom with shower. It is located in the center of the town, it takes 2 minutes by car to reach the sea. Air conditioning available at an additional cost. To know: - Prices include the consumption of water, electricity and gas; - The kitchen in the apartment is complete with basic cutlery, plates and cookware. Obviously the coffee maker is present. - The linen service (bed and bath towels) is optional and is not included in the price. If requested on site, it has a cost of Euro 10 per person every time you request it. If you do not need the linen, because you already have it, you will not incur any costs. - On request, a transfer service from / to the airport and from / to Tropea station is available for a fee. - On request, small pets are allowed by paying an extra supplement of € 30 per stay per pet. -air conditioning available on request at a cost of € 10 per day.
