On the top floor is both a twin room with 2 single beds and a double bedroom, which are joined together (you must walk through the twin room to access the double bedroom). These rooms feature fantastic wooden beams and plenty of character. There is also an additional room to relax on this floor with a Playstation, vinyl record player and record selection. Please note that the stairs to reach the top floor of the property are steep and slightly narrow. Leading out to the garden is the sunroom with further seating. The garden itself is expansive and includes a patio with outdoor table, chairs, large barbecue and parasol (this does need to be set up and put away again after use). The garden just keeps going and going, as you walk towards the back, you’ll find a small apple orchard and at the end of the garden there is a lovely folly and access to some woodland. The river Blackwater runs along the length of the garden so care must be taken with children. At the front of the property is the driveway and further grounds with long grass and a flat mowed area for ball games – fantastic fun for children!
