Located on the top floor the apartment has ocean views over Mollymook Beach and looks over the large lawn area as well as the pool. It is a resort style complex with a pool, tennis court and BBQ area. The apartment itself is light, airy and has everything you need for a short stay or a mini break. It has a well equipped kitchen, internal laundry and a lovely sunny verandah, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while enjoying the view. All guests must be OVER the age of 21 when booking this property or accompanied by a parent/guardian. ***Please note that we do require a security bond of $500 for this property. This pre-authorisation of $500 is placed on your card the day before your arrival and is held for 7 days.*** The property is self-contained however it is not serviced.
