Located on the edge of the famous town of Cromer, Crimond House is the perfect getaway for families and friends. Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, including 2 family rooms which each offer a king-sized bed, sofa bed and ensuite. (Please note sofa beds are small double - suitable for two younger children only.) On the ground floor there is a king-sized bedroom and twin bedroom, along with a bathroom featuring a bath and hand-held shower. Tremendous effort has gone into making the bedrooms feel homely and comfortable, with each bedroom featuring their own flat screen smart television! One of the key highlights of Crimond House is it's stunning open-plan layout which combines the lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen features an island which offers breakfast bar seating for light bites and snacks. There are two ovens and a generous amount of worktop space, so there is no excuse for the whole family to not get involved in cooking your evening meals! Off from the kitchen, there's the convenience of a utility room which offers an extra sink, fridge and washer/dryer. After all that cooking, guests will be pleased to know there's a large comfortable living area with sofas, and even bean bags for those who have eaten a little too much! Enjoy your evenings watching a Netflix movie on the large smart TV, or perhaps challenge a family member to a game of table football! At the rear of the property, guests will find the large secure spacious garden, with the brand new addition of a luxurious hot tub! Perfect for summer or winter, guests can now spend their evenings relaxing in jacuzzi bubbles after a busy day exploring the North Norfolk coast.
