Your whole group will be able to gather together in the gorgeous living room. Lounge on the luxurious furniture as you reminisce, make plans, play games, or just chit-chat. You’ll be in awe of the amazing interior design in here featuring great accents. This space flows into the stunning dining room where everyone can enjoy their meals together around the table. Speaking of meals, you’ll love having the ability to prepare some fresh ones in your very own fully equipped kitchen! The bright and open space offers plenty of room for you to move around and contains gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with barstools. You’ll have 5 spacious bedrooms that will allow your group to comfortably spread out. You’ll feel like you’re in the lap of luxury as all of the rooms contain high-end furniture and lavish linens, accented by great artwork and accessories. Getting a great night’s rest after a fun-filled day will be no problem! There are also 3 bathrooms for your use, all of which are clean and nicely updated. One of them even includes a jetted tub for you to relax. Finally, you’ll love hanging out in the backyard and soaking up the beautiful Texas weather. The patio area is the perfect spot for gathering, socializing, and making memories. The yard has a HUGE lawn with tons of grass and open space to play games or sports. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. The city does not permit vehicles parked on the street and this has been actively being enforced. Any vehicles on the street will get a ticket. Located right in the middle of Arlington’s bustling entertainment district, it has a lake to the north, Rangers Ballpark to the east, and AT&T Stadium to the west. It contains many great biking and walking trails. You’ll also be 9 minutes from River Legacy Parks, which also contains the River Legacy Living Science Center, featuring aquariums, terrariums, and interactive exhibits. The park is an urban oasis boasting 1,300-acres and following the curves of the Trinity River. It has tons of ecological diversity and provides habitats for many types of birds, fish, mammals, and native plants. You’ll also find more than 8 miles of paved hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, river overlooks, and playgrounds.
