As an added bonus, the house is only minutes to Oak Harbor where you get all the city convenience (Safeway, Walmart, Home Depot) and great restaurants! The Space: This is a one level home that's approximately 2300 sqft. Please refer to the floor plan in the photos above. NOTE: although this house has 4 bedrooms, it includes a kid activity room with a pull out trundle day bed with two twin mattresses. Not suitable for adult. Living room: comfy sectional couch, wood burning fireplace; Dining room: dining table comfortable seats 8, bar seating at the kitchen for 4 more; Master bedroom: king bed, pack n' play, vanity table, ensuite bath; 2nd bedroom: queen bed 3rd bedroom: two twin beds side by side. Hall bathroom: tub + shower, to be shared by the rest of the bedrooms. Kids room: toys, books, pull out trundle day bed with two twin mattresses. 1/2 bathroom: located inside the laundry room. Laundry room: off of the kitchen. Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire house, backyard. Garage is finished and not available for use. Other Things to Note: - Pets: Well-trained pets are welcome here! Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please let us know in your booking message that you will be bringing pets. A $50/pet one-time cleaning fee will be assessed which will cover your entire trip. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly. - The rental rate covers for an occupancy of 6, and the max occupancy is 8. For the 7th and 8th additional guests, we do charge a $25 per guest per night extra person fee. In your booking, please submit the correct number of guests that will be staying overnight at the rental.
