In the heart of Quercy, located just 1.5 km from the 4th favorite village of the French 2019, one of the most beautiful villages in France that is Lauzerte, between Cahors and Moissac, your holidays await you in this large country house completely renovated for your comfort. You will be calm and can enjoy our region. It consists of: * 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds * Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle ... * Living-dining room with 2 sofa beds, large table, TV * 2 WC * 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 double sinks + 1 washing machine * 1 reading, relaxation area * 1 veranda with table * 1 terrace with garden furniture * Shaded garden with trampoline, swing, slide for children + games room with ping pong table, 2 table football (1 adults, 1 children), billiards. * 6 bikes at your disposal * 6x4 semi buried wooden pool, secured by alarm system + poolhouse with fridge and table You can exercise, in addition to tourism, hobbies such as hiking on our hiking trails, fishing, cycling, horse riding, tennis, pétanque, golf, access to leisure centers (Montcuq, St Nicolas de la Grave ...), proximity to a skydiving school, gourmet markets (every Thursday evening in Lauzerte) ... Everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Deposits requested on arrival by check: € 600 for accommodation and equipment provided and € 90 for cleaning. Household linen not provided (possibility of breakdown service with supplement: sheets = € 10 per bed and hand towels = € 5 per person) Pets not allowed preferably (to see with the owner).
