Aspen East is the ideal home base for your trip to the mountains! This private retreat has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from it all. This well-maintained home is conveniently located five minutes from shops and restaurants in the Bethel village and just 10 minutes to Sunday River Golf & Ski Resort.   Enter the home through an entry area with space to store your gear. The lower level offers two bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry area. Also on the lower level is an oversized master suite with king bed, seating area and gas fireplace. The master bath features a soaking tub with shower. Head upstairs and you will find the heart of the home. The open concept main level features a kitchen, dining and living area that is ideal for entertaining your whole group.  Sunlight streams in year-round from the many windows and doors. Aspen East features a wonderful deck with grill, patio furniture, and propane fire pit with views of the White Mountains. Off the lower level you will find a hot tub with beautiful wooded views.  Four night stay minimum required. Reservations not meeting this criteria will be cancelled and refunded. Property is equipped with exterior security camera(s) that record audio and video. Camera(s) are installed primarily as a theft deterrent but may be used to verify compliance with rental policies. Security camera(s) are not continuously monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property.
