This charming Provençal country house welcomes you all year round for a family or friends stay! Surrounded by greenery, the Maison Noz offers the tranquillity of the countryside, relaxation by the pool, large convivial tables outside or inside according to your wishes, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and much more! Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival! Accommodation Situated in a dominant position on a fully enclosed plot of land of approximately 6,400 m², this delightful bastide of 250 m² is spread over two levels: Ground floor - A beautiful living room of 50 m² with a TV lounge and dining area with a convivial dining table that can accommodate up to 12 people. - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc. - 3 bedrooms (2 with queen size beds and 1 with single bed) - 2 showers on the ground floor (1 with toilet) + 1 separate toilet Pool view or hill view On the 1st floor - 3 bedrooms (2 with queen size beds + 1 with bunk beds and double sofa bed). The two double bedrooms have a shared terrace with pool view. The 3rd bedroom has a terrace with hill view. - 1 bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Outside - Ground floor: a semi-covered terrace with table for 12 people for outdoor lunches + 1 semi-covered outdoor lounge area with barbecue - Swimming pool of 6x12 m, not heated, available from April to October. Protection by electric submerged shutter. No fence. - South facing. Deckchairs and sunbeds available for guaranteed relaxation. Swing and trampoline for children. Games are also available: molky, petanque (children and adults), board games, some children's toys in the bedrooms. A large parking space is available on the ground floor of the house. 4 cars can be parked there comfortably. Note: the access road to the house is particularly steep but quite passable (it will be redone in October). Neighbourhood Quiet area, close to the town centre of Besse sur Issole - 1.5 km. Many shops available in Besse (bakery, butcher's shop, newsagent, tobacco shop, restaurants, wine shop, hairdressers, pharmacy, doctors, etc). The nearest supermarket is 4 km away. Activities Many activities are possible in the surroundings according to your desires: nature, animal encounters, equestrian centres (Montarines stables), golf (Gof du Barbadoux), thrills (karting, parachuting, ULM), beaches (within a radius of 50 km - l'Argentière, l'Almanarre, l'Ayguade), etc. But also Six Fours plage, Fréjus, St Raphaël, etc...
