The apartment is cozy and accommodates up to 4 guests, offering 1 bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of accommodating more guests on the double sofa bed in the living room. The space has a combined living and dining room, with Wifi internet. Compact kitchen, but with all the basic utensils to prepare and serve your meals at home. Balcony with partial sea view. Beach items available for guest use. Opened, rotating parking space for 1 car. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after booking is closed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodation, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am; (4) it is prohibited to smoke and/or use illegal drugs inside the condominium accommodations and common areas; (5) we do not host pets.
