Very large reception room with dining area at one end. Large modern eat in kitchen/breakfast room. In all 130 sq m (1400 sq ft) plus games room and gym. Privately set in park-like grounds (11 acres) of a period Manor house. Light and spacious with all new furnishings. Good location for London and the coast. Close to Surrey, Sussex & Berkshire. 45 mins from Heathrow, Gatwick and Southampton airports. Right on the edge of The South Downs National Park. It is the only holiday let on site & is in the grounds of our private home with no other commercial activities on site. We used to have a beautiful golden retriever but sadly he died during Lockdown. We now just have our 4 hens which produce delicious fresh eggs for you to sample. We have beautiful Charolais cows in the fields & you will spot wild deer & ducks from the nearby river.
