In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: This beautiful villa with swimming pond is located freely in the farmlands. The luxurious villa is the ideal place to spend time with the whole family. The large and cosy living room is equipped with an atmospheric fireplace and lovely sofas and armchairs. If there is musical talent in the family, the piano can be played. The central place in the house is the dining/ kitchen area. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook for the whole family and the dining table offers enough space to have breakfast or dinner together. Furthermore, the house has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, ideal if grandpa and grandma are coming along, so they don't have to climb the stairs. On the first floor you have 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Of which 1 bathroom has a whirlpool bath. On the 2nd floor, in the 'point' of the house, you will find the 4th bedroom. The youngest ones will find this a fantastic place. Around the house is a large garden with many opportunities for children to play. In summer you can cool off by taking a dip in the swimming pond. Or take a seat on the sheltered terrace and light up the BBQ. Next to the house is a professional Finnish sauna. You can book this on the spot. The surroundings are also worth exploring. The landscape alternates between woods and fields, old manor farms, corn and water mills. The cattle still graze outdoors as much as possible and the river Berkel meanders through this landscape. The area can be explored perfectly on foot or by bicycle (e-bike). From the beginning of April to the end of October, you can take a trip on the Berkel in an old Berkelzomp (flat boat). You can sail along individually or hire the boat with your company. Or explore the area by canoe and chances are you will spot a kingfisher along the way. Nature lovers should definitely visit the Zwillbrocker Venn, a nature reserve located just across the border in Germany. Special birds are found here, including the flamingo. Culture lovers can also enjoy themselves in this region, for example visit the fortified town of Groenlo (Grolsch) or the book town of Bredevoort.
