In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: This spacious, luxurious and detached chalet is located right in the centre of popular Kirchberg in Tirol. The location is truly outstanding! You can enjoy all the peace and quiet of the brook but walk straight into the cosy centre. Here you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars for a nice drink or bite to eat. The chalet is entirely at your disposal so privacy is guaranteed. When you first walk in, you will notice that it is decorated according to the latest trends. It has only been radically renovated in 2019 and 2020. You will find industrial concrete floors, characteristic wooden doors, a modern high-gloss kitchen with cooking island, a separate dining room and cozy living room with open hearth. You will quickly feel at home here. There are no less than eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. Almost all bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The chalet has a total area of approx. 400 m2 and is therefore ideal for larger families or a group of friends. After a day on the skis you can store them in the spacious ski room (30m2) with ski boot warmer. In this way you are assured of dry and warm feet when you go back on the slopes the next day. Furthermore, there is a large garage for 2 cars and another 3 outdoor parking spaces at your disposal. For winter sports enthusiasts Kirchberg is "the place to be". From the village you can reach the slopes of Kitzbühel & Kirchberg with the new Fleckalmbahn, the Maierlbahn or the Pengelstein. There is also the Gaisberg in the centre of the village, where you can go tobogganing (3.5 km long toboggan run), ice climbing and evening skiing. In summer Kirchberg is also a wonderful place to be. Hikers can indulge themselves here with over 500 kilometres of well-maintained and signposted hiking trails. There are many golf courses within 30 km of the chalet and mountain bikers can enjoy beautiful trails and surprising tours. On a hot day take a refreshing dip in the Badesee which is only a 5 minute walk from the chalet. There are 2 slides, a swimming pool, wading pool and a beautiful sunbathing area and you can rent a boat.
