The garage is fitted with a bike rack, bike repair stand, & tool chest with essential tools. Direct access to Slaughter Pen is .2 miles (in neighborhood), 5 driving minutes to downtown Bentonville. All throughout the home there is luxury vinyl plank flooring, brand new furniture, and smart TVs to stream your favorite entertainment. The Singletrack Shack is furnished in modern contemporary décor, but what we love is that its comfortable and inviting. This home is great for all types of groups. This home has 2 levels. The main level houses the kitchen, living room, sitting area, 1/2 bath, & master bedroom with en suite bathroom, total 2 beds (1 king & 1 twin roll out cot). It also has access to the back deck with a gas grill and steps down to a wood burning fire pit. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, total of 7 beds (king, queen, twin loft, 1 twin over twin bunk, 1 twin over twin trundle), & bathroom. The two-car garage is large enough to store bikes and equipment.
