The modern apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a functionally-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one is located in a loft ideal for children with 2 futons) as well as one bathroom. The elegant property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a TV and a baby cot. On your private terrace with a shady awning you can enjoy fresh meals at the table and enjoy the great view of the glittering sea. In the shared outdoor area of the residential complex you will find a tennis court as well as a large pool surrounded by parasols and sun loungers. A nice variety of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bars are located 500 m or a 6-minute walk away. You can additionally reach the sandy beach Spiaggia della Madonna delle Grazie in 8 minutes driving (or 3 km). There is one parking spot reserved for guests in the residence’s parking area. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra charge. Please note that the main bedroom doesn't have a window - it gets natural light and air from the adjacent living room through openings in the wall.
