Other things to note Apartment: -This home was built at the turn of the century and is 100 years old. It is undergoing a gradually paced restoration. During your stay, you may occasionally see some work being done to the exterior or interior of the building or the grounds. Any work done during a guest’s stay WILL be minimally invasive to the guest experience. Guests are encouraged to notify the host immediately for any disturbances related to work on or in the building. -Some windows and doors may be stiff, and stick or hard to open.- ex. Doors have weatherstripping that cause it to need a little pull when engaging locking or unlocking -There are also some loose floorboards in a few area and minor imperfections on the floors that should not present a burden Location: -This apartment is in a building that is the second of 5 homes on a dead end that stops at an interstate. For this reason they are sounds of city life that guests should quickly acclimate to.
