Linger Longer Cabin- Mountain views and a hot tub!

Cabin Linger longer is located a short walking distance away from our beautiful swimming pool, chapel, pavilion and lower lawn with large fire pit. This cabin has 3 bedrooms each with a king bed (2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 down). Be sure to bring groceries for use in the fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) on the main floor. There are two bathrooms and an indoor jetted Jacuzzi tub. There is a lovely 7 person hot tub on the back deck overlooking the mountain vistas - you'll understand why it's called "Linger Longer". If settling into a cozy country log cabin for a few days of simple rest & relaxation sounds like your ideal getaway, Linger Longer is the spot for you! Sit on our covered front porch swing and sip your coffee in the morning as the sun rises and plan a day of antiquing, hiking trails, horseback riding, golf or visiting the local tourist attractions only minutes away. At day's end, enjoy the furnished, covered back deck and enjoy a beautiful sunset with mountain views and an occasional deer eating its way by ..... or on crisp fall/winter nights snuggle in front of a warm fire and enjoy an inviting jacuzzi soak. Close to everything at the resort, it's a short walk to our sparkling mountainside pool or watch the spectacular sunsets on the pavilion. Share stories of the day’s adventures while enjoying S’mores and hot cocoa or a glass of wine by the stone fire pit on our lower lawn. Around the Area: Just minutes away from Wild Animal Safari, Callaway Gardens, Historic Warm Springs & Pine Mountain, hiking, shopping and antiquing, there's something for everyone. Mountain Top Inn & Resort is located on top of Pine Mountain in the Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park. The central location of the property provides easy access to all of the area’s major attractions but still gives the feeling of complete privacy with no distractions. You can rejuvenate yourself with a day hike on the picturesque Pine Mountain Trail where you may see an abundance of wildlife, waterfalls and so much more! At 9,049 acres, Georgia’s largest state park is a hiking, biking, backpacking and horse riding haven. More than 40 miles of trails, including the popular 23-mile Pine Mountain Trail, wind through hardwood and pines, over creeks and past small waterfalls throughout the park. Many visitors are surprised to find these beautiful rolling mountains only 80 miles southwest of Atlanta and easy access to (ATL) Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This cabin can be rented as PET-FRIENDLY (see FAQ page for more details; must call to book as pet-friendly). WE PROVIDE Small soaps, initial supply of toilet paper, a paper towel roll, dish liquid, garbage bags (1 in every trashcan), kitchen sponge WHAT TO BRING If you need more than the initial supplies that we provide, you'll need to bring those with you. Other items you may want to bring: groceries, charcoal for the grill, starter logs or firewood for wood burning fireplaces (we do sell these items in our lobby during colder months), coffee, beach towels (for use at our swimming pool - open during warmer months), additional blankets & pillows if needed. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $250.00 security deposit will be taken at check-in. This deposit will be returned following your departure. An additional $30.00 jacuzzi fee is required to be collected at check-in.
