Located in the heart of the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park, near the town of Saumur and less than 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire, this 4-person cottage is the ideal base for a quiet stay in Anjou. Take advantage of your stay to visit the famous Cadre Noir de Saumur, the wine and sparkling wine cellars, the troglodyte sites, the picturesque villages of Turquant and Montsoreau or the imposing Fontevraud Abbey. Without forgetting the castles of the Loire or the vineyards of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. The gîte opens onto a living room with an equipped kitchen, open to the living room and the dining area and two bedrooms, each with a television. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and the second has two single beds (90 x 190 cm). The bathroom common to the 2 bedrooms offers a spacious walk-in shower as well as a washbasin and a WC. Outside, a 60 m² garden without vis-à-vis and a large covered wooden terrace invite you to relax: barbecue, garden furniture... For your comfort, towels are provided and the beds are made upon your arrival. The gîte is located near the owners' house and is adjoining the gîte "La Menthe Poivrée" which can accommodate 4 people.
