Villa Paradise, located 9km from St. Lucia’s capital city, is a newly renovated 3BR/2BA oceanfront villa like no other. WE HAVE RECEIVED OUR OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT CERTIFICATION!! Sitting on a magnificent promontory, Paradise offers intense privacy and awe inspiring views of Pigeon Island, Martinique, and the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy a large outdoor living space, both covered and uncovered, equipped with chaise loungers, two dining tables, a bar-b-q, a fire pit, and an infinity edge pool. We have arranged for an exclusive agreement between our Paradise guests and the world class Windjammer Resort, just a 1/2 mile up the road, subject to occupancy at the resort, and the latest COVID protocol. With the purchase of 1 meal at the resort, our Paradise guests will enjoy full daily use of all Windjammer no-cost amenities, to include the beach, swimming pools, restaurants, and bars. If the resort is at or near full occupancy, their beach can still be accessed via the back gate ( as there is no parking available via the main entrance). All beaches in St. Lucia belong to the “Queens Chain,” and are all available for public use. Paradise is also within walking distance of Trouya Beach, a beautiful beach located at the bottom of the hill. About a 10 minute walk puts you on Trouya Beach, where the locals come and play on the weekends. During the week, you may just have the beach all to yourselves! The house comes professionally furnished, with a 42” flat screen in the living room, and WiFi throughout. We even put AC units in the bedrooms for your comfort. The master suite takes up the entire third floor, with a walk in closet, a make-up area for the ladies, a safe, and a large en-suite, complete with both an indoor and an outdoor shower. The two other bedrooms feature private balconies with direct oceanfront views. They are both set up as King bedrooms, although the 3rd bedroom is actually comprised of 2 twins, so that setup is an option if requested. If not, the bedding will be set up as a King. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen features a gas range, an oven, 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, a wine cooler, and a microwave oven. All stainless steel. This allows you to cook for yourself, or hire a private chef to cook you a lovely Caribbean meal. The kitchen comes fully equipped. There is also a laundry room with a washer and a dryer for your use. All appliances (kitchen and laundry) and all furnishings are brand new. Esie, your concierge, has been hired to make sure you have the best vacation ever. She will do her absolute best to make sure your needs are met. Additional services she can provide: Airport transfers...by shuttle, helicopter, or ferry (highly recommend helicopter or ferry).
