Villa Savannah is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa enjoying a prime location in the Golden Triangle area, just a few minutes’ drive to wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. With a large private swimming pool, beautiful garden and impressive traditional Algarve barbecue, this fantastic villa is ideal for couples or families looking to holiday in one of the most sought-after areas of the Algarve. Villa Savannah includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all units. On the first floor of this wonderful property you’ll find 2 bedrooms (both with double beds), 2 en-suite bathrooms and balconies with marvellous views of the surrounding areas. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds – one en-suite- and one with 2 single beds) all with sliding doors out into the garden, 2 full bathrooms plus the en-suite. The spacious kitchen provides plenty of space and all the equipment necessary for preparing home cooked meals. The airy living /dining room has comfortable seating for the whole family and leads out onto the terrace with outdoor seating overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The idyllic outdoor garden allows you to relax around the swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and enjoy al fresco barbeque meals on the terrace to the sound of the wonderful water feature. Villa Savannah is just a few minutes’ drive to a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, some of the best golf courses in the area and the beautiful beaches of Vale do Lobo and Praia do Ancão. Car hire is recommended / necessary, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
