ED Refnr. 225714 Our house is ideal for families and anyone wishing to avoid the expense and bustle of Nice or Chamonix. We are situated halfway between the Sea and 5-6 of Pyrenean Ski resorts. All this and a lot more can be reached within 30-50 minutes. The house contains 6 rooms on 2 floors, 135 square meters. rooms are equipped with reversible airconditioner - 6 units in total. Our house will comfortably accommodate 2-10 people in all possible combinations. And Prades is an activity heaven enjoyable all year round. A very nice fully equipped house, with marvellous views. You will enjoy the view 24 hours a day: watch the sunset with your drink in one hand, admire Pyrenees as long as there is day light and wonder what people do in all these houses down the hill - in the evening. Believe me, the view is really perfect - we bought the house for it! Our house will comfortably accommodate a large family of 10+a baby or 2 smaller families. But it is also perfect for 3 couples traveling together or just 1 couple celebrating an anniversary. It is a good place for anyone who wants to avoid the expence and bustle of fashionable resorts such as Nice or Chamonix. 2 bedrooms on the first floor - 1 double, 1 – with twin beds.  Dining-sitting room, dining space for 10. The house has 2 entrances so you can divide early birds from those who sleep until 12 o'clock.  The property is fenced.   Our garden offer a great view over the town. A BBQ corner is equipped and we also provide garden furniture. There are so many things to do all year round, for all ages that I wonder why people need TV? Though we have 2... The town centre, a 10 minute stroll, has a lot of restaurants and all the necessary shops, as well as banks and ATMs. There are 3 very good supermarkets + 1 organic supermarket in Prades. There is a large municipal swimming pool and tennis courts at a 1 km distance. All kinds of sports, sightseeing, nature watching, hot springs and spas and a lot of wine related activity, the closest wine making village being only 6 km away. Also skiing, skating, golf, water sports, horse riding, canoeing, rafting, fishing, climbing, cycling, bird watching. A lot of places to visit and to see - medievel fortresses, abbeys one being as close as 1.3 km from the gate of the house, castles, natural park, Solar Oven, Perfume Museum etc. And Prades is an activity heaven with festivals and events at all seasons of the year. Among them the most famous one is Pablo Casals chamber music festival which has been held for 2 weeks in July-August every year for more then 50 years already.
