As you enter the house, you are immediately welcomed into a light filled open planned Kitchen and living area that flows onto a travertine tiled patio and pool with water feature. The main level of the house also has the rear TV lounge room and out to the rear courtyard and garden. The perfect outdoor area for evening meals cooked up on the BBQ. The top floor has all of the accommodation. The master bedroom with a luxury open bathroom en-suite, dressing room and balcony overlooking the pool with sea views. There are three further double bedrooms and family bathroom upstairs plus an additional shower room downstairs. Also, on the main level of the house is an office that can also be used as a 5th bedroom if required. The house is located just 10 min stroll uphill in a quiet family neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Manly yet only a short walk from everything. There is a regular bus service plus a free bus shuttle from the centre of Manly that stops right on the corner if you don’t fancy the 10 min walk home. The house is equipped with full security, smart TV’s, internet, A/C and ceiling fans on the upper floor and a large laundry. Manly is the premier location for a beach style holiday yet only a 30-minute scenic ferry ride to the heart of Sydney. It has numerous fabulous cafes, restaurants, bars and of course the famous beaches of Manly and the many beaches surrounding it. The house is not available for any type of wedding/party/function of any kind.
