Set in an elevated position enjoying beautiful views of the Mid Wales countryside. Peacefully located just 1½ miles from the centre of Newtown, a bustling market town situated on the banks of the River Severn famous for its arts and music, with museums, art galleries and a theatre, as well as providing a wealth of shopping and dining opportunities. This lovely lodge is set next to another lodge on site (UK35187- Moonlight View). This is also wonderful walking and birdwatching country with numerous activities available nearby including golf, fishing and riding - a perfect location for exploring the borderlands of England and Wales, southern Snowdonia and Aberystwth’s seaside attractions. On site the owners have a fantastic herd of Alpacas and they offer guests the opportunity to participate in alpaca trekking around the land that surrounds the properties. The land that surrounds the lodges is elevated and takes in stunning views which guests can use to relax in. Set on one level, this property is fully open plan and there is an amazon echo dot for guest use. The kitchen includes fridge, electric cooker, hob and sink and there is a dining table within the lodge. There is one double bed and a standard size set of bunk beds. The shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. There is a private sitting area with garden furniture to the front of the property with a BBQ. Free WiFi This property has a natural water supply from a spring. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. The Wi-fi is very poor at the moment BT are trying to fix this. There is a BT hot spot which guests can sign up to, but if they have a BT account they can log into. Our whole site is no smoking or Vaping. We are also a working Alpaca farm so care should always be taken; and we have our own dogs which we do keep separate from the cabins.
